Rin young impressionists

This concept was developed through the consumer insight “To face the challenges of tomorrow, it is not enough just to be academically good. Creating the right impression opens the door to success". Rin Young Impressionists is a unique program aimed at developing the personality of school children at an early stage.

This programme was launched in 2006. It is a program that has been evolved with the inputs of parents and teachers and endorsed by the principals of schools. There is a common understanding that in today's competitive world it is not sufficient just to be academically skilful, children need to develop their personalities too. Even though the school curriculum emphasizes on academic excellence, it does not include any agenda on personality development. Therefore there is a need gap in the country and this activity would directly address this need.

Children between the ages 11-14 will be trained on proper grooming, leadership traits, creativity, team working and developing self confidence with the intention of providing a stepping stone for the future young impressionists of Sri Lanka.
