Our continuous innovations & customer oriented activities have enabled us to become trendsetters in the fast moving consumer goods industry. In order to maintain this position we need to work hard alongside our customers pioneering new products, new categories, & new concepts.
Field sales
A considerable portion of our sales come in through our field management teams who are responsible for improving service to customers and maintaining relationships with our retail distribution network which is our main link with retail stores island - wide. The team is also responsible for identifying and introducing new business opportunities for future growth.
Account management
Building close relationships with Modern Trade customers (which comprise of hyper and super markets), your task will be to increase turnover, profit and market share. When launching new products, you'll be working hand in hand with Brand Building and Customer Marketing to get those products onto the shelves.
Ensuring that the right stock appears at the right time, you'll plan and implement promotions as well as negotiate prices and margins. You will also need to think ahead, introducing new initiatives to keep your customers engaged while dealing with practical challenges such as logistics and managing limited shelf space.
Customer marketing
Customer marketing is all about developing and maintaining fully integrated brand/category solutions which focus on the shopper and the channel/customer. By understanding shopper insights and channel blueprints you will be able to stimulate demand in the market place and win at point of purchase.
An important aspect of this role is strategic thinking which involves deriving insights of shoppers, channels/customers to make decisions on right promotion, merchandising and engagement.
Engaging the shoppers with the brands is the fundamental part of Customer Marketing where we bring our brands to life in the market place.
