500g chicken cubes

Juice of a lemon

1 clove garlic crushed

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 Knorr chicken cubes

Sauce

3 tablespoons peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon sugar

Tabasco sauce

Chilli powder

1/4 cup thick coconut milk

Method

Satays

Combine Knorr chicken cubes, lemon juice, garlic and soy sauce. Marinate chicken for 2 hours. Thread onto skewers.

Place on high rack. Grill for 10-12 minutes.

Sauce

Mix all sauce ingredients together. Cook for 3 minutes on medium high. Pour over satays.
