Unilever Future Leader’s Programme
For final year undergraduates & fresh graduates
This is designed to prepare Unilever’s Future Leaders (UFL) by giving them challenging jobs that prepare them for business leadership roles. The programme encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes international stints, extended leadership contracts, formal training and professional development.
Unilever Leadership Internship Programme (ULIP)
For 3rd and 4th year undergraduates
The Unilever Leadership Internship Programme offers internship opportunities to undergraduates across all functions for a period of 6 months. During their internship, they work first-hand on real time projects to deliver business targets at large, while developing their professional and network skills by engaging with leaders across the business.
Unilever Challenge
This is a real time brand centered case study competition conducted by us to identify local talent that can represent Sri Lanka at the Unilever Future Leaders League organised by our global teams. The Unilever Challenge is open to undergraduates or fresh graduates below the age of 26 to participate in teams. Every year, the Challenge rolls out in partnership with a local brand.
Unilever Industrial Trainee Programme
For Engineering, Supply Chain and Science undergraduates
Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Science department undergraduates are given projects during their training time, enabling them to gain on the job training & industrial experience.
Unilever Students Ambassador Programme (SPARKS)
For 2nd and 3rd year undergraduates
This is a student ambassador programme where selected students from targeted universities are appointed to be the face of Unilever in their respective universities for a period of 1 year. During this period, while developing their employability skills and industry exposure, SPARKS delivers projects in their universities, in collaboration with us.
Youth Forum
This is the largest undergraduate forum hosted by us annually which opens space for conversations on critical topics relevant to the time. We host 300-400 undergraduates annually to connect with business leaders and key external influencers for open external conversations on topics such as ‘Holistic Wellbeing’ (2020) and ‘Diversity & Inclusion’ (2019).
Unilever NextGen
For 3rd and 4th year undergraduates
This is an internship programme held annually, predominantly to find the best talent for Customer Development (Sales). During the trainee period, interns are exposed to hands-on work in the Sales front, interacting with important stakeholders of the business.
